1 cup of milk (whatever variety you prefer), 2 scoops of chocolate flavored Total Soy, 2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter, one pealed frozen banana, 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed, 2 teaspoons of honey, ice cubes. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. We make these for breakfast. Everyone loves it.
